Washington Maintenance provides cleaning services to commercial, industrial and government agencies throughout Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. We provide a wide range of cleaning activities to fulfill our customers' requirements. Some larger customers have a number of locations, and for these clients Washington Maintenance provides a comprehensive service while maintaining high levels of control and information feedback. This type of service is not provided at the expense of smaller customers, whose needs are always given the same priority and attention.

 

The management team is headed by Crandell Ownby, who is supported by a team of support staff. This team is responsible for staff training and organization in the field.

 

Our principal operations are office cleaning, grounds maintenance, factory cleaning, and painting.

 

Our staff is fully trained in safe working practices and health and safety requirements. Equipment is maintained by our own fully trained technician, and inspections are carried out at regular intervals to ensure safe and effective operation at all times.
